Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of contracts.
Represents company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.).
Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity.
Issuance/renewal of work permits for foreigners.
Basic Qualifications:
Years of experience: 2 ~ 5
Bachelor degree in Law – English Section.
High Knowledge of business, civil, labor, and commercial law.
Effective business and legal writing and reporting skills.
Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
High Communication and negotiation Skills.
English Language: Very Good
